Community Involvement

Belleville Area Human Society
The Belleville Area Humane Society was in need of some repairs throughout their facility and the HB&R-Remodelers Council was happy to help. Renovations included patching and painting walls, fixing door frames, baseboard repairs, cat condo repairs, new drywall and waterproof panels. Pictured is HB&R staff, Remodelers Council members/volunteers and the Belleville Area Humane Society Board Members.

Remodelers Council- Gives Back to the Community
July 2012-The Remodelers Council lended their expertise in helping repair the foundation, widen doorway and replace flooring in the Faith Baptist Church Food Pantry in Belleville, IL. The food pantry serve families in the community in need of food. Many lives are touched weekly through this food pantry and we were happy to help with the renovations that have made a difference in those lives that work and attend the food pantry.
The food pantry is located at 428 East A. Street, Belleville, IL. For more information call 618-235-6977.

Make A Wish Project 2013
Meet Evan, the amazing 10 year old son of Dennis and Kathy with 3 siblings; 11 year old brother — Jessie, 7 year old sister, — Isabella and 6 year old — Sophia. Evan was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Lymphoma last year and has gone thru the difficult stages of chemotherapy, spinal tap and bone marrow aspiration. His cancer appears to be, by definition, in remission. Evan enjoys life to the fullest, would like to become a Chef, takes pleasure in Mario Bros. games and is always happy to share his thankfulness for having another day with family and friends….Read More
