The Workforce Development Committee (WFD) works continuously to educate the youth about the value a career in the construction trades offers.  The WFD works with stakeholders at all levels, from school districts, vocational not-for-profits, higher education institutions, to local governments to bring the knowledge and resources together with real world examples about fulfilling careers in our industry.  They ensure that the youth know that these careers are not careers they settle for but are just as if not more rewarding and promising than other career options in the marketplace today.
